Welcome to #SnapSession with Novella
SnapSessions are new for 2022 (Yes, we can rhyme!) and are designed to be a quick tip session on some frequently asked questions. One of the most commonly asked questions over the years, especially from newbies is; "How do you get fans, comments and make new friends?" Check out this #SnapSession video and then read below for the tips!

A. Choose A Song You Love - Especially when you're just getting started, it is so important to sing a song you're not only comfortable with and know well, but one that you LOVE! You want to be able to commit to your performance and not worry about lyrics, timing or any other technical aspects that are involved with singing.

B. If you can - cam up! Singing on cam can be overwhelming and people get shy, and for some, you just don't have one. But if you do have the ability to show your face - singing on cam will help others connect with you on a more personal level.

C. Lastly - FEEL the music. Whether you're having fun, you're sad or you're angry - truly allow yourself to get lost in the emotion. The more you feel what you're singing about, the more believable it will be to those listening and the higher your chances are of connecting with them, making new friends and having them return to your studio!
In the end, it's all about being your true, authentic self. Don't take it too seriously either because the number one rule when you're singing and hanging out on SingSnap should always be ... HAVE FUN!!!
