Welcome one, welcome all...
Last week, we hosted yet another super fun challenge; this time with a goal of hosting the biggest and absolute bestest virtual circus the world has ever seen! We asked the SingSnap community to pull off a series of jobs for our circus including working the concession stand, killing it as the entertainment, training the animals, and working the ticket booth. Each role had a different challenge, and boy, did we have a BLAST seeing what our Snappers came up with! To hear these incredible recordings for yourself, click the title of each song.
Don't Be Cruel by Cheap Trick
Recorded by CannotSing24
We don't want to give too much away, but let's just say CannotSing24 took the animal trainer role to a whole other level in her recording and video! In her caption, she shares some beautiful words about the importance of the animal having love and understanding towards their trainer.
My Life by Billy Joel
Recorded by Thessa_CA
We ADORE this recording by Snapper Thessa_CA! Even though they chose to participate in this challenge using an audio recording only, we're BIG fans of the song choice. Taking on the role of the concession stand, Thessa_CA shares in her caption that she's been loving making different flavors of smoothies (now that's a concession stand we'd have to visit)!
Rockin' Pneumonia And The Boogie Woogie Flu by Johnny Rivers
Recorded by BonnieK4506
Choosing SUCH a fun song choice for this challenge, Bonnie does an amazing job in her video recording of this Johnny Rivers track!
Barefootin' by Barefoot Jerry
Recorded by FLwingnut
After taking a look at this recording, we're confident that FLwingnut is DEFINITELY ring leader material! We love the energy, song choice and fantastic video from this Snapper. Thanks for participating!
Suspicious Minds by Elvis Presley
Recorded by WestSideBrad
WestSideBrad pulls off what we can only describe as the best tightrope walker look we've ever seen! With a perfect song choice, iconic video, AND an awesome costume, this is some entertainment any circus would be very proud to have.
I Write The Songs by Barry Manilow
Recorded by DJP5050
DJP5050 did an incredible job on his version of this Barry Manilow track for his chosen role as a ringmaster; and a ringmaster he is indeed!
Thank you to all of our super cool Snappers who participated this week; we can't wait to see what you come up with for next week's Hero vs. Villain challenge!
