<p>I had to try this latest upload from my friend Biffo, as I have always been a big fan from Dire Straits and Mark Knopfler.</p><p><br></p><p>Thanks for the upload Biffo !</p><p><br></p><p>As I hardly have time to sing at the moment, I used my lunchbreak to sing this song.</p><p>I have to say that it is a hard one to sing.</p><p>I should have taken more time, but it is what it is.</p><p><br></p><p>I hope that you enjoy your listen.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>About the song ... </p><p>Mark Knopfler worked in is early twenties for a newpaper and this song refers to that period.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Mourning and Condolences:</strong> The song opens with the traditional Irish expression of sympathy, <em>"So sorry for your trouble,"</em> setting a heavy, melancholic tone.
