<p>An update for everyone who messages me so I don't have to message them individually:</p><p><br></p><p>I'm very excited to use the new recorder but still need to play around with it. Thank you, SingSnap. I love it!</p><p><br></p><p>Having stated that... I am still alive. I had a setback, and surgery was rescheduled for September rather than August. Many recipients before me have already passed, completing all of the necessary tests and evaluations. I did not. I was a little depressed, but I still had hope. If all else fails, I'll have to go on temporary dialysis, which is unfortunate.</p><p><br></p><p>I have been offline trying to decide which dialysis is best for me, if that should be something to consider amongst many preparations. I don't like any of the choices, but I will have no choice if I should need it before surgery, although the outcome of a kidney transplant is greater if I am not on dialysis.</p><p><br></p><p>Last week, I had all of my donors and caregivers in the same house, with mandatory outpatient hospital visits and education. It's been stressful, but I refuse to give up. I want to sing on SingSnap!</p><p><br></p><p>Thank you for any listening, and please schedule an annual (or six-month) checkup.
