<p><strong>"<em>Cool Water</em>"&nbsp;</strong>is a song written in&nbsp;<strong>1936</strong>&nbsp;by<strong>&nbsp;<em>Bob Nolan</em></strong>. It is about a parched man and his mule traveling a wasteland tormented by mirages.
