In this one-of-a-kind contest, you’ll become one of five fictional characters whose fates hang on a single decision made moments before their big break. This will be your chance to tell your story - by using your voice. 🎭 Contest Objective Your mission: Select one of the five characters from the story below, decide what they do after discovering the mysterious Curtain Call Curse, and bring that choice to life in your entry. Your entry will have two parts: <ol><li>Vocal Component – Choose and perform a song that best reflects your character’s personality and decision.</li><li>Written Component – In your song’s comment section, tell us which character you chose, what decision they made, and the outcome of that decision.</li></ol> Will your character face the unknown, walk away, or carve their own path entirely? Every choice has a consequence. 🎭 The Story (Concept by Novella, written by Artsytiffy) Five strangers from different walks of life are about to cross paths at the Vocal Legend Reality Competition, held in Los Angeles, California. Little do they realize, before the competition even begins, they will be faced with a choice that could determine the future fate of the show. Each of these talented artists brings something entirely unique to the stage when they perform, but this time, the spotlight will shine on much more than their music. Backstage before Round 1, nerves are shaky, despite being excited to go on. Searching for a quieter space to warm up, the group stumbles upon a stage door that looks as though it hasn’t been opened in years. Hesitant, but curious, they work together to pry it open, revealing a dark, hidden passageway. Unafraid, they venture in and soon discover a secret room shrouded in darkness and mystery. In the center of the room, a single desk stands alone, and atop it rests a beautifully embellished hardbound book covered in a thick layer of dust. Wiping the cover clean, they reveal the title: Curtain Call Curse. When they carefully open the front cover, it appears at first to be nothing more than a map of the historic theater they’re standing in. But a closer look reveals cryptic writing scrawled across the worn pages, detailing a way to break a rumored curse tied to the show. The instructions hint at great rewards but also carry grave risks for those who attempt to follow them. Each stranger now stands at a crossroads. <ul><li>Do they take the risk and follow the map, hoping to break the curse?</li><li>Do they play it safe and turn the book in, letting someone else decide its fate?</li><li>Do they ignore the warnings and return to the competition, determined to win the show?</li><li>Or Wild Card: Do they carve their own unpredictable path, with consequences only they can imagine?</li></ul>
