<p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(78, 78, 78);">This 1962 hit ‘Walk Right In-The Rooftop Singers’ has always been an old favorite of mine, not only because of the music but the light it turns on when I hear it, as it takes me back to a special time during the Christmas of 1963.&nbsp;Going to a Christmas Party in fancy dress it was all arranged that my lovely companion would go as an Arabian Princess and I would be her Prince. It sounded good but when I went to pick up my costume there was a mistake and they did not have it so I ended up as a Gorilla. What happened when we arrived was the music stopped and they started to play ‘Walk Right In’. What a time we had and this tune takes me straight back to then. and every time I hear it.One thing for sure was that because the girls did not know who I was you would be amazed at the number who chatted me up.Fortunately I did not need to go any further than my Princess but lads if you are single and you go to such a party, dress up like a Gorilla and you will be amazed how damsels wish to talk to you.That is why the song gives me for ROUND ONE the THEME of very fond MEMORIES.
