('You can take me any time you like, I'll be around if you think you might love me baby...') It also acknowledges the challenges you feel in a relationship with the other person. ('You can take me to paradise, then again you can be cold as ice. I'm over my head but it sure feels nice.') There is also annoyance and anger in this song. You don't always like the other persons habits or moods, or the hold that he has over you. ('Your mood is like a circus wheel, changing all the time. Sometimes I can't help but feel that I'm wasting all of my time.') Somehow, though, your love and feelings for the other person are strong enough that you forgive them their faults, even if they know exactly how to wound you and push you to tears. You realise that the love, at least on your side, is unconditional and irrevocable. ('Think I'm looking on the dark side, but everyday you hurt my pride. I'm over my head but it sure feels nice.') Once again, Christine McVie baring her soul and saying exactly what many women must feel in their lifetime. Genious with a gorgeous voice. xx :)
