<p>Sticking to the Aussie theme with a song that was written and recorded originally in 1974 by Wally Johnson and Bob Brown. They wrote this song as an entry in a national competition to find a replacement for “God Save The Queen” as Australia’s national anthem. Although he did not write the song, John Williamson was mistakenly believed by many to be the song’s composer since it was Williamson’s recording that made the song popular. *Note* A fun part of this song when performed (though my brother and I haven’t performed the song ourselves yet,) is hand motions that go along with the chorus. I was just lazy and didn’t feel like propping my phone up to do a video recording. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my take on this popular Australian song.</p>
