If you didn't see the movie "Jerry Maguire", this song will probably not resonate with you. This track of Secret Garden, written and originally performed by Bruce Springsteen, and on the soundtrack of the movie "Jerry Maguire", is just another example of the never-ending creative input that my former partner Martha constantly made in the music I have recorded. She discovered this alternate version of Springsteen's "Secret Garden" online almost 15 years ago. I had resisted trying to duplicate it many times, but thankfully she convinced me to record it. Not only did the task push my music editing abilities beyond existing limits, it also required uploading the “Jerry Maguire” movie, and then isolating and mixing specific audio scenes into an extended background track. Martha convinced me the project was worth the time and effort, and as always, her trusted role as a creative consultant and my editor in chief resulted in what I consider one of our greatest collaborations. You wont hear her voice in this recording, but I do. Martha passed away in December of 2021, and for two decades, she "Completed Me". I miss her immeasurably.
