Instead of that, I have a full soccer ball in my tummy with stretch marks and no one can seriously, ever tell me, that oh my gosh, your hernia is so beautiful. They would be lying!!!!!! The point is. Many people's are robbed the health, they used to have and can't get it back. My sister can't ride bicycle and she would love to. Used to love to but sugar and transfat stole her health. Her mistakes turned into one foot being in horrible pain. Due joint pain. U know. I am pray for her and all my sick friends. Who have serious health issues like MS disease and other stuff. Honestly we must take care of our health or it becomes a memory. We can choose to be sunny or black. That is choice. I used to know sick folks that were very happy, very smart, very strong. They dead now. God takes best home early.... Bye!
