My best yodellling song and what I like to call an Alpine song with a cowboy yodel since I midified my original Country style yodel to a cowboy style to make it more suitable for Western music venues. Elton Britt recorded the song first in 1941 and Frank Ifield also had a hit with his version 20 years later. There is also a female version of this song which has been recorded by greats like Rosalie Allen and Margo Smith and more recently Taylor Ware.
