<p><strong>I was introduced to this British HEAVY METAL band Judas Priest by a very young friend of mine just a few weeks ago&nbsp;who is into lots of this type of music. I had no interest in hearing anything any heavy metal band had done. How wrong I was! I had no idea I could ever consider doing anything like this until I watched the video and knew I had to give it a try. I was HOOKED on their performance right out the gate.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>&nbsp;The acoustic version allowed me to give it my own perspective with less clutter in my head as I got into the words. Like many of us here most every song and performance I do is based on my own personal life dreams, challenges, happiness or heartaches. It is the only way I can perform is by taking on the part in the song and FEEL it in my heart and soul. It is actually called METHOD ACTING and I studied many years ago which I now use for my sings and performances.&nbsp;Not always a fun time but it is life and performing allows me to face all my challenges through music and dance. I believe even the most sorrow gets turned into something that I can feel within my soul and face with grace and often times humor. I know how painful life can be but I feel turning it into our songs and performances is the best of therapy.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>This may or may not be for someone in my life. A secret. Although, I never spent a night in a crummy hotel over Washington Square" it symbolizes much.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>I enjoyed doing this so very much. I am grateful that Sing had this challenge and I post most all my songs on my Facebook page public. FYI~~~anyone who would like to see their views go up then post on one of the social media sites as must be public and is a lovely way to also get new fans and friends who often end up joining Sing. I have mine posted on two and sometimes three social media sites including private links to friends on emails, etc.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>I thank you for your visit and we are having a lot of snow this weekend so I will plan on being on to enjoy folks here.
