<p>"<strong>True Colors</strong>" is a number-one hit song written by American songwriters <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_Steinberg" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Billy Steinberg</a> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Kelly_(musician)" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Tom Kelly</a>.
