<p><span style="background-color: rgb(251, 251, 251); color: rgb(78, 78, 78);">In my younger days I was in the Royal Navy, during which time I played the bass(tea chest,broom handle,string) in a group aboard a cruiser which was having a one year Far East run. During this time we took about 400 British soldiers from Hong Kong to Singapore and of course we gave them a little concert on the way. One of the songs by request was this one, which we had never performed in public before. As many of you will know I always like when the audience joins in with the artist/group at concerts and that was exactly what we did and they loved it.
