I find that when I don't know a song well and I really like the groove, I will just sing it my way. I figure if I can hear the notes that I'm singing somewhere on the track, then it's fair game. LOL I find myself doing it a lot with blues and jazz. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>I have to thank MLP for inspiring me to always sing a song "my way." I remember a long time ago he told me "trying to sing a song exactly like the artist is a waste of time. Just sing it like Julie and it will always be right." I didn't forget, ML. I know I've sung this one with you a fair number of times and I know each time I sing it differently.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 71, 178);">Thank you for the honor of singing hundreds of songs with you since 2009.
