We have combined them together for a giant list of 18 songs. Each finalist must choose&nbsp;one&nbsp;of these songs and record it! You may select any song from the list. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(153, 51, 255);">I chose one of Novella's favorites, You Say, by Lauren Daigle. I have heard this songs a few times and I fell in love with it, but I have never sung it. I didn't try to sing it just like Lauren. All of my life I have felt like I didn't measure up in one particular area. No matter how well I did in school or how much my family loves me or how many dear friends I have, I just keep failing in this area. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">It often leaves me feeling like I've let my family down. I fight it more often than I should have to. I know the thoughts are all lies, and yet, all I can see at times is how much I have failed in this part of my life. It doesn't last long. I am way too blessed to be in deep depression.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(153, 51, 255);">The only way I am truly happy is when I give Him all my "failures and my victories," as Lauren sings in the song. That is why I love this song so much. I can relate! If I release my "stinkin' thinkin'" to Jesus, I am reminded of who I am and how HE sees me. Nobody else matters. Then I also see that all the bad stuff is all in my head because I have so much love in my life through Him, my family and my friends. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
