Producer, Jimmy Bowen, had produced a super hit recording for Dean Martin, "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime".Frank Sinatra phoned Jimmy Bowen, and asked him if he could produce a hit song for him. Bowen agreed to try,and arranged a recording session for Sinatra.
