- Click on the Hamburger Menu (Three bar icon, top right corner)
- Select "My Inner Circles" - You are now on the main landing page for your Inner Circles.
A. Inner Circle Categories:
- Owner - Inner Circles you have created and own
- Member - Inner Circles you are a member of but belong to someone else
- Admin - Inner Circles you are a member of, belong to someone else but you have admin access to.
- Invitations - The area will you accept or decline invitations to Public Inner Circles that belong to someone else
B. Search Field
- You can search through your Inner Circles
C. Create New Inner Circle
- Clicking this button will re-direct you to the page to create a new Inner Circles
D. Sorting Options
- Sort your Inner Circles alphabetically or chronologically

*All of your Inner Circles that you own will be listed in this section
Creating An Inner Circle
- Click The 'Create New Inner Circle' button
A. Title Field
- Enter any title you would like for your Inner Circle
B. Description Field
- Enter a description of your Inner Circle that describes the contents or purpose
C. Add Member(s)
- You can add as many members as you want to your IC. You can also add members once the Inner Circle is created.
D. Inner Circle Settings
- Recordings - Enable this setting to active (green) if you want to allow recordings to be shared to your Inner Circle
- Playlist - Enable this setting if you would like the system to automatically create a playlist with all recordings added to your Inner Circle
- Message Board Category - Enable this setting to create an Inner Circle Message Board category accessible to all members of your IC.
- Private Members - Enable this setting if you would like the identity of the members of the IC to remain private.

E. Create Button
- Once you have selected your desired settings, click the 'Create' button. Your newly created InnerCircle will now be accessible via the "Owners" section on your IC Landing Page.
Edit/Delete Inner Circles
If you want to add more members, change your preferences, etc., Locate the Inner Circle you want to modify and click on the three dot icon next to the IC. Select your desired action from the menu.
Adding A Member To An Inner Circle
You can add members to your Inner Circle at any time.
- Click on the "Add Member" button
- When the search box pops up, enter the full username
- When the list populates, locate the Username you want to add and select the radio button next to the Username
- Click "Invite Members"
Sharing Recordings To Inner Circle
Anyone who is a member of your Inner Circle can share recordings to your IC. Anyone who is a member of your Inner Circle can access all recordings shared to your Inner Circle.
- To share a recording to an Inner Circle, locate the recording on your "My Recordings" page
- Click the three dot menu next to the recording and select 'Edit'
- Scroll to the bottom and the last option will be a drop down menu that says "Select Inner Circle"
- Click on the arrow to reveal the drop down menu
- Select the Inner Circle you want to share the recording with
- Select 'Update Recording'
