Andy Ray Perry was born in Baton Rouge Louisiana and grew up in the small town of Franklinton. Andy met his wife Tana in high school and they have been together ever since. Andy was raised by two wonderful parents who supported him in everything he ever did. His mother played the piano for their church while his father sang in the choir thus giving Andy his love for music. Andy grew up listening to the music of Waylon, Merle, Hank Jr. and many other musical influences. Upon graduating high school, he enlisted in the US Army as a military policeman and served nearly four years with an overseas assignment in Germany. Upon his return, he formed a band with friends, James King, Rick Strahan, and Owen Tuft, called Natural Fact. They enjoyed several years of local success. Throughout Andy's musical career he has had the honor of opening for such acts as Mark Chesnutt, Patty Loveless, Lee Roy Parnell, Exile, and many other well-known artists. Recently Andy had the distinct honor to perform at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Andy was later discovered by KAR Records CEO, Amy Matthew. Andy had been recommended by another KAR artist, Tasha. Andy is extremely greatful to Tasha and is very excited about his future. Andy's debut single will be out in the spring of 08. Andy has been married to his wife Tana for seventeen years and together they have an 8 year old son, Dylan. Tana and Andy have co-written all of the songs that will be on is up-coming release.
