Guys, please feel free to write your memories down about the days when every home didn't have color TV's in them and very few people drove Mercedes Benz's!

We had an old, round Zenith TV with knobs on it that were bigger than my hands. When we got bad grades my Dad would pull a tube out and we would have no TV until our grades came up. He is a sly one don't you think? I really thought the TV was broken is all! LOL Hugs!

Our first TV was black and white of course and we had a piece of colored plastic that was supposed to make it look like color....Wow...can't remember the last time I thought about that. Thanks for the memories dearheart....super job....big hugs....pat

I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME I SEEN A COLOR TV,,, WAS ABOUT 12 YEARS OLD,,, WAS IN A WINDOW OF A FURNITURE STORE,,,,EVERYONE WAS LOOKING IN AWE AT IT,,, INCLUDING ME..... MY DAD WAS IN THE ARMED ORCES WHEN WE WERE LITTLE,,, WE WERE THE FIRST ONES ON THE BLOCK TO GET A NEW BLACK AND WHITE TV SET,,, HAD ALL THE KIDS KNOCKING AT OUR DOOR AND LOOKING THROUGH OUR WINDOWS SO THEY COULD SEE IT TOO,,,,,,,,,NOW THIS WAS A LONG LONG TIME AGO,,,, AND FAR AS A BENZ GOES NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THEM TILL I GOT A LOT OLDER,,,,,,, A WONDERFUL OLD SONG RHONDA,,,, AWESOME SINGING AS ALWAYS,,,,,,,SUCH A LONG WRITE UP HERE ,,, LISTENING TO IT 2X,,,,,LOVE CHATTING,,,, YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY G/F,,,, YOUR AWESOME..... I used to pass my best friends newspapers while she went swimming because she would let me watch Stoney Brooke cowboy extraordinaire!!!
