This song was written by Hoyt Axton from the group "Three Dog Night". Axton is a close relative to the woman that wrote the classic "Heartbreak Hotel" so I guess the music was in his genes. I was inspired to sing this after I heared Karries version, which I think was very cool. Hope you like my approach too.
