Green, Green Grass Of Home by jeanie

Thought everyone would like to follow along..

I stepped down from the bus, the sun shone on us.There to great me was my son and my daughter. down the road they ran all was laughing,shouting ITS DAD get the mower starting he,s back to cut the green green grass of home.
Yes they all come to watch me but never want to help me as I struggle to to cut the green green grass of home. House is just about standing toys and bikes surrounding the old oak tree that I used to swing on..
Down the road I push my mower Mary's walking a little bit slower as she's carrying all the bags of grass i,ve mown.
Then I blink and look around me, at the three walls that surround me, and realized I was in someone else's garden. For there's my wife and my family bags of grass all around me again I touch the green green grass of home.
Yes they all come to join me in the shade of the old oak tree as I lay my head on my UNMOWN
grass of HOME.
