The Final Rhapsody (c) 2001 rjb
You say that your not angry at the things I didn't do. But your walkin' out that door anyway. You told me that your happy and that I am not to blame, but you didn't tell me your the price to pay.
Now that you are leavin' I feel empty inside. We never ever really said goodbye.
I'm wondering where I went wrong, or maybe something said. I guess I'll never know the reason why.
Riding the mid-night train. Nothin' will ever be the same, now I'm on my own at last, farewell my ball and chain hello my liberty. Singing a brand new song. Cause life is never either right or wrong, so I'll listen to the wind as she plays and sings The Final Rhapsody.
(banjo and harmonica solo)
Years have come and gone in sequence of that fateful day. And still I havn't seen or heard from you. You vanished from my vision like a shadow in the night. I searched the whole world over through and through. Time is the measure of a temporary spell, always young and always causing so much sorrow. Vanishing, illusive with such fallacy of fate. Ridin' high like there is no tommorow.
Lookin' through my window pain. Joy and love and sorrow ,wind and rain, oh what difference does it make, when the piper calls you tell him I am free. Singing a brand new song. Cause life is never either right or wrong, so I'll listen to the wind as she plays and sings The Final Rhapsody.

Killer not filler
author: Stereo File
This CD should appeal to anyone and everyone who loves American roots music. For sure there's a varied amount of it on here. If you love the ring of an acoustic guitar or the swelling sound of one that's plugged into a Fender amp, the throbbing heatbeat pulse of an electric bass, the sound of someone bashing away on a old-fashioned drum kit and some piano or maybe a Hammond or two, you'll love a great portion of the stuff on here. And if you don't like any of that, there's still some stuff on here you might like. This cd is the definition of all-killer no-filler. Great stuff, pick it up.
