I use Google Chrome browser and it shows the comment box about 3/4 of an inch from the right side of the page and will scroll as far up as the "recording, member, song, artist" area and as far down as 3 inches from the bottom.
I think it's perfect!

For The Feature
When commenting, Please let me know which browser you are using. I am using this recording to test out CSS codes for the fixed placement of the Comment Box.
So far, it works & looks great on Firefox & IE 7.0, but on IE 6.0, the comment box is still at the bottom. Hopefully I can figure out a way for this to also work on IE 6.0 as well.
If for any reason you are unable to comment on this recording because you do not see a Comment Box, PLEASE PM me and let me know which browser you are running and your Monitor's Display Resolution
