Well the text of the song is not correct for this person, and then again, some parts are..
I have had a friend since I was 7 years old, and we still talk together, but not as much as we should. But she had a bad childhood, and my family and I tryed our best to help her make it through.. And sometime when I hear a special song, it reminds me of her. So the title fits..
