The effect is called old news reel. It came with my webcam software. It gives a grainy black and white with lines and specks on it like old film. I had a pedestal fan blowing and the motion of the air threw off the autofocus on the webcam, so I kept going in and out of focus. My nightgown has a sheen to it, so I had a bright light focused on it, so it reflected the light a little. This was so much fun!
