Darla, This is the only time I heard you sing this song, you called me at 6:54 that evening so you recorded it as soon as we hung up. Your last words were "well I love you mom". How I ache to hear you say them again. You are my forever angel now. I miss you so much. Hug mama and granny for me and tell them how much I miss them too. Till we meet again. MOM.

Darla, I wish we would have sang this at karaoke together, while we still had the chance. I did do a duet with you on here, but it just isn't the same, cause your not here to hear it. I miss you so much. Every day when I turn on my computer there is your beautiful smiling face. I talk to you but you can't hear me. I look into your eyes and wonder if you are alright, if you can feel our pain, if you can see your new granddaughter RILEY. She looks so much like you and Christina. She's fat as a butterball like you were, she smiles like you. Jennifer, Melissa, and Christina were all here this last weekend. I had all 3 great grandbabies here, you would have loved it. I'm walking by your side, to help you live your life. You must not cry for me, cause this was meant to be. I live within your heart, so we're not far apart. Please don't grieve for me, I'm here in your memory. You think this should'nt be, god knows that I agree. 9-9-07 the day I went to heaven my family came together, all because of me. So smile and be happy,go on enjoy your lives. I will be here waiting, till we're all side by side...... Darla, You are tremendously missed by the ones of us that knew you here on SS. Your Mom really misses you but in her heart she knows your still by her side as you were before that person took your life away.
This is my first comment on your site after you were taken from us. I have returned here to listen to you sing this song many times, each time I come back I wonder in my heart if you were trying to tell us in some way "This would be the last day you would share with us here in Singsnap". Darla, SS is changing it's policy so I am going to make you gold if they will let me, & I hope they put all your song's back on here. This is all I have to listen to when I want to hear you sing & see how much you enjoyed singing. I miss you so much & think of you everyday. I'd give anything to see you walk in the door right now. I'm going to leave Treavor a message & see what he say's about your song's. I love you my angel, Mom.

I recently lost my sister suddenly 3 months ago and seeing and hearing this has touched me to the core.... how I wished I had a video of my sister singing live to relive her life.... actually I have lost 2 of my sisters they died way too young.... this is just so touching to me.... wow... tears rolling down my cheeks here.... this was my baby sister Tressa may they both rest in peace.
