MyHotComments.comThe eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. The righteous cry and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. Psalms 34: 15-17
This video is Shocking....."For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." (Matthew 24:27).

Hello everyone, I am so glad I found singsnap!! I used to be so afraid of singing in front of people, I sing in church often now, but there was a time all I could do was shake when I tried. My voice quivered, my hands sweated, I shook so hard, I couldn't see the words to the songs I tried to sing. lol. I kept at it anyhow and the lord has helped me so much, because he said in Timothy, he did not give us the spirit of fear, but love, peace and a sound mind, my friend Melissa told me to quote this verse, so I quoted this verse a lot; still do and it"s really helped me. I'm not perfect, and still get nervous, but once I start singing, it goes away..... I wanted to add something........music speaks to me in words of songs and each song is different. I sing with my heart.......I love gospel, country, some pop, oldies, even a rock song or two. I've been married for 37 years now, have daughter 36, [married], son 29 still [single], 2 granddaughters, 18 cats. [haha]
I am from North Carolina and happy to be here and hope to make many many friends. PS>>> I thank you all for listening and may God richly bless you all!! Please take a minute and sign my guestbook.....there is a picture guestbook below! thanks! :) My Testimony is also below.

My Testimony
I grew up in church, but it had been at least 17-18 years that I was out of church except for showing up one Easter Sunday once before the following things happened to me. I would like to thank God for the people he has put into my life first off, without them, I may have never made it this far. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, slipped disk in lower back, COPD, asthma, osteoarthritis, degenerative disease, heel spirs, lower body atrophy, lump on back of one knee, depression, that's a lot for one person. Lost my job, had to give up my printing business I worked for 15 years. It's all gone now. I still have health problems, the arthritis and fibro can be the meanest on a person, but I'm looking for God to touch me and take care of those too!!! he has my lungs. There was a time three years ago, when I couldn't get out of bed for anything. But now I can. I'm a little slow, but not like before.

I believe in the miraculous, miracles now. I have been healed, fed when I had no food, bills paid when I thought their was no way, money in the mail when I wasn't expecting it, ways to church when I had no gas, my lung was healed one day when I was watching the 700 club, all I could do was cough, and cough, I felt an awesome heat go through it and after that I never had that awful cough. I received this healing. Sometimes we don't receive what God has for us. I have to thank God for this healing.

I have learned a lot about what God can do, since returning to him. See, I was never satisfied with anything or anyone, especially myself, happy one day, miserable the next, and I was not serving him. Matter of fact, I never ask him to help me with much of anything, just called on him when I was in trouble....then I didn't have much confidence in him hearing me.
I could not fill that empty void in my life without him. He's my every thing. I had thought that I could do every thing, fix every thing, take care everything, change what didn't work, I couldn't do nothing....nothing.....I felt like everything that happened to me was unfixable, that noone cared and all I did was make a bigger mess out of it all until one day sitting at my computer one Sunday morning, very sick of myself, the world, life, I was sad, hurt, I kept thinking about both my grandaughter's, trying to get their nanny to come to church with them, how they tried so hard and would ask an ask, I was just plain beat down, then I fell on the floor there and I truly surrendered my life to back to Jesus, told him how sorry I was that I messed up and I know he forgave me right then....Later on that same day at 2pm, the church the kids went too was having a family baptism in the river had invited me to come, so I went and not expecting to, I got baptized in the river that day with my sister and others, all my sins, hurt, pain inside went down in the water that day..........and I came up a different person.....a happy person full of joy.
Note to readers: God is no respecter of persons, what he does for one person, he will also do for the other. Living for God is sometimes a hard road, remember he was born in human body and likewise had human feelings like we do. He can understand the things that face us each day because of that. He was persecuted and said if we follow him we'd be persecuted as well. Not everyone will like me or agree with me because I follow God now, but as long as he's pleased with me it will be ok! I've already been put to many tests because of it but I'm growing in love. Love is the key to everything and I love all in Christ.

He is my hope....hope that I will make it from here to a new home someday where I will be well, but in the meantime while I'm waiting, I have to tell of Jesus good news to anyone who will listen!! It don't matter how messed up you think you are, don't matter what you have done, or what you are doing, God still loves you unconditionally. He will never ever turn you away and will take you just as you are. He says, come to me all that are burdened & heavy laden and I will give you rest. He's calling now....do you know him? would you like to know him?

Why am I here? Who am I? What will happen when I die? These questions have intrigued people throughout the ages. The answers can be discovered by understanding God’s plan of salvation. Jesus loves you so much that He died to save you from your sin, guilt and all of sin’s consequences. He rose from the dead and is the only way to God, the Father. One heartfelt decision to accept Jesus’ sacrifice for your sin will cause you to become God’s child.
Pray this prayer aloud and mean it with all of your heart:
Father, I come to you just as I am. There is nothing I can do to earn salvation. I cannot work my way into a right relationship with You. The Bible says that we are saved by grace through faith as a gift from You. I acknowledge that I have sinned against You and others. I ask You to forgive me and wash me clean with the precious, life-giving blood of Jesus Christ, Your Son. I believe that He died for me—He took my sin upon Himself when He died on the cross. I believe that He was raised from the dead, giving me power over the enemy. Jesus, I ask You to come live inside of me. I don't understand everything about being a Christian, but I invite You into my life to help me learn daily how to live. Thank You, Father, for Your gift of restoration and eternal life. I am so grateful for Your love and mercy. In Jesus' name, Amen.

The Bible promises that when you sincerely speak a prayer like the one you’ve just prayed, you will experience a new life in Christ.
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. —Romans 10:9,10 (NLT)
