This is dedicated to 5 of my precious, sweet furbabies. 3 brothers...Larry, Curly, & Moe, Lonesome (black) & Nay-Nay (grey). The brothers all left for "Rainbow Bridge" within 6 months of each other at 13 years old. Larry & Curly left only 3 weeks apart. Little Moe left me first after suffering intestinal cancer for 5 months. Larry left suddenly after 3 days of throwing up. No diagnosis. "Curly" left for the Bridge in July. For months he was treated for an abcessed tooth, which after being pulled did not heal. It turned out to be oral cancer.
Little Nay Nay left 12/07/07 at 12 yrs old from a chronic illness resulting from horrible abuse she suffered before we found her in 2000. Lonesome was a cancer survivor for over 6 years. He developed an unknown mouth condition, which left him unwilling to drink water or eat solid foods from the pain it caused. He was given fluids daily for over a year by needle. He left for the Bridge 9/09.
