As some of you may have noticed, I stopped singing sitting down at my desk in front of the computer, and started making some more trendy looking black and white videos. ( Well, I think it's trendy... :-) ) I created a small audio/video recording studio in the attic where I can record these. One thing that strikes me is that it is a lot easier to sing standing up with my hands at my back. I can get a lot higher with my voice now. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the recordings. I will still sing at my desk, but they will be without video. Furthermore, I've joined my third band now, and we're making our own songs, so this is something new for me, but lots of fun. And even furthermore... Has some rough times lately... My mother passed away a month ago, my father had to go a nursing home, I've got an IT consultancy firm which isn't getting any business anymore with the crisis.. Totalled my BMW 850... So if anyone knows a good position for an IT-consultant, specialised in UNIX systems and big infrastructures, let me know... And also if you want to hire a singer.... :-)

Hi, I am Frank, aged 37 from the netherlands. Well, I think it's time to update my profile. I didn't update the song list below for a few months now, since I had some 500 extra recordings added :-) Too much time needed to update it. There is still a lot of crap in my recordings, but I know I've also done some really good ones, which don't have any views yes, so just browse my recordings for songs you like and see how I did. I like to try everything, from soul to reggae to blues to rock to evergreens. I'll try anything... I actually started recording my voice since the summer of 2006, just for myself, and been letting people listen to me on the internet since summer 2007, before that nobody ever heard me sing. Now I'm in the process to overcome my stagefright. Tried karaoke night twice, but couldn't get my breath to put out anything decent :-) So since a few weeks I started singing in a rockband, which is pretty cool, and you don't have to mind the quality of your voice that much. Still rehearsing, and our first gig is planned in a few months, so let's see what happens...

Just here to have some fun with singing. I don't really practice songs, just try to sing, and find out my vocal capabilities. Still exploring my style for singing. This means that in a lot of cases I try to copy the original artist on songs, just to see how they got a certain sound. Not practing also means that there is also a lot of crap in my recordings.
