Hello friends! It's nice to be here and to meet you. I was born in the panhandle of Florida and moved to Indiana in '76. Here I have my adult children (2) and grandchildren (5). I have recently retired and loving it! I'm havng a wonderful time listening and viewing all you cool singers/entertainers. So good to be here among such upbeat and happy people!! Thanks for the welcoming comments and support. I want to dedicate this poem, tho no rhymes, to each of my SS friends (known and yet to be) who have found the joy within...these are my thoughts about WHAT HAPPINESS REALLY IS... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "YOUR PRESENCE"~~YOUR PRESENCE IS A GIFT FOR THE WORLD...YOU ARE A UNIQUE PERSON...ONE IN A MILLION~~ YOUR LIFE IS THAT WHICH YOU WANT IT TO BE...EVERY DAY, WITH INTENSITY, YOU SHOW YOUR DESIRE TO BE HAPPY~~ YOUR MISFORTUNES YOU DO NOT RESIST, NOR THE ADVERSITIES THAT COME TO YOU. WITHIN YOU FIND THE INFINITE, THE ANSWERS, INCLUDING UNDERSTANDING, TEN-STRONG. ANGER YOU DO NOT ALLOW TO PREVAIL...YOU CONTROL IT~~ THERE ARE SO MANY DREAMS THAT YOU HOPE FOR AND THE DECISIONS YOU MAKE ARE SO IMPORTANT TO TURN THEM INTO REALITY. YOU FIGHT FOR YOUR IDEAL, AND YOUR VOICE IS YOUR PRIZE~~ THERE IS NOTHING SO DISPARAGING AS THE PREOCCUPATIONS ONE CAN HAVE WHILE THEY ARE BURDENED WITH A PROBLEM, BUT EVEN THOUGH YOUR BURDENS ARE HEAVY AT TIMES, YOU DO NOT TAKE IT TO HEART WITH SO MUCH SERIOUSNESS, LIVING A LIFE OF SERENITY...NOT OF PAINFUL TURMOIL~~ REMEMBERING THAT A LITTLE LOVE GOES FAR, REMEMBERING ALWAYS, THAT THE FRIENDSHIPS IN LIFE ARE A WISE INVESTMENT AND THE TREASURES OF LIFE ARE THE PEOPLE~~ BY TRANSFORMING THE DAILY THINGS INTO THE EXTRAORDINARY, THIS RESULTS IN GOOD HEALTH, HOPE AND HAPPINESS. THIS GIVES YOU THE DESIRE TO LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE, AND YOU MUST NEVER FORGET, NOT EVEN FOR A DAY...HOW SPECIAL YOU ARE..~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
