My hat's off to the owners, administrators and all members here, even the few wacko's. Please remember that karaoke is from the heart and not merely the vocal cords. People performing live karaoke and those that merely record their songs for others to hear are all stars, to me. More people need to do just that, perform and record themselves. I've found consistantly that people who enjoy listening to and or performing karaoke are typically some of the nicest people on the face of the earth.

There are many worthwhile internet karaoke communities and I must say that this one stands far above all others. Here, the owners provide a platform that includes superb recording/playback quality and the community itself is filled with genuinely caring individuals. Sure, there are a few wacko's and crazies but hey, they make the rest of us look all the betterer. (yes, that’s a word…now!..lol)

Over the years, I've had opportunity to speak with and obtain pointers from many of the finest sound technicians in the industry, as my primary income is derived from by being a voiceover artist, for both television and radio. These technicians are the guys and gals that "fine tune" sound, making it rest more comfortably on our ears.

My business is everything from Telephone On-Hold Productions, Radio Commercials, Television/Cable Voice-Overs, Educational Cassettes & CDs, Books On Tape, After-Hours Messages, Information Hotline, Internet Audio, On-Hold Messaging, Overhead Announcement Messaging, Special Effects, Voice Mail Prompts and even Character Voices and the first people I thank are those marvelous sound technicians. The next time you hear your favorite artist singing on your radio or CD, think about those sound techninians and smile. Without them, you'd never want to hear their performance. ;-)

One close friend in particular led me here, from Paltalk. Her nic is MelodiousAngel and I must say that her chosen nic clearly describes not only her vocal abilities but her general demeanor as well. I'm in her debt for inviting me. Thank you Mel, thank you....and maybe we can persuade Sing/Snap to create a parody category and maybe even a category where we could Title our own songs...now that would be spectacular!

Send out your invites and let's get this place rocking. Don't worry about being "too late" to tell somebody about Sing/Snap. Keep in mind that the early bird may get the worm but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese. (Think about it).
