Have missed bein' here with all my friends over the recent months and wanted to say massive thanks for all the kind comments, friendships, laughs, words of wisdom, listening....... I'm slowly making my journey back now, poppin' in and out more often and bringin' my old, trusty motto along with me :-

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways......., chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, really, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO What A Ride!"
