I also got blessed with 2 more grands from her husband Michael, my "Katiebug' is 17 ((And yes people freak out when she introduces me as her grandma,, ha!)) And Alex is 13 and such a sweetheart too!
I have the Joy of doing Social Work for a living with persons with disabilities through MHMR Services and I love the people and feel blessed to have the opportunity to be a positive light in peoples lives :)
PLEASE DO NOT PM ME TO NOMINATE YOUR SONG FOR HALL OF FAME. I DO THAT ON MY OWN WHEN I DEEM A SONG WORTHY. THANK YOU.
More about me, I love to read: the Bible, and other inspirational books, sing of course ya knew that ha! I also am an artist. I do watercolor, oils, and then crafty painted things, scrapbooking. Country charm Folk art is what I like to call it. I mainly do those projects on wood items and pottery and give them away as gifts. I think that giving away something you made yourself with love is nicer than anything you can just go out and buy someone. I like to sew and I make mini Barbie doll furniture for my grands, and have been teaching my 8 yr old grand Taci how to sew and she is doing great! God bless!
My son Zachary is 19 and a college student, pre-med so I have about 7 MORE years to look forward too, but he will be a fantastic Doctor! Added some photo's of my kiddos.

Third Cousin Ernest Tubb was a Texas Legend, Member of the "Grand ole Opry, from 1943. He was my Grandmother (Lillian A. Riggs-Watson's )first cousin. He was inducted into the Grand ole opry the year my Father was born. He passed away at the age of 70 in 1984. His music is still played today on many Country stations , his family members remember "Ernie" as a loving kind soft spoken man that enjoyed visiting his Family in Texas, when he was playing nearby.
In my younger years my hobby was going to concerts with old room mate Cricket, and my fiance now my hubby! Here is a partial list of the bands that I have seen :)
80's Kinna gal, I love old classics from 70's through current artists of today. Not much a fan of Opera or Rap music. Back in the DAY... My hobby was going to concerts, collecting bandannas or T-shirts from the shows..My first ever concert at 14 years old was the summer of 1978 Cheap Trick and Journey tickets were a whopping $9.00 and you could PARK your car for free..Ha now you have to pay 10-20 bucks to park your car in the flipping parking lots!
..Most memorable concert was KISS "unmasked" tour , won tickets on 98 Rocks in Shreveport AND Backstage passes, that was a trip! Hanging out with the band backstage was a once in a lifetime adventure, Eric who was the drummer then was so much fun and really easy going and made sure we all had fun.
Ok some of the best concerts I have seen live...Cheap Trick, Def Leppard, Dokken,Dire Straits,Foreiner,Bryan Adams, Chicago,Styx, HEART (5 times) ZZ Top (3 time) Lynard Skynard, Tesla, Van Halen,Scorpions,Knight Ranger ( of course!),
"BAD Company" they were AWESOME.Knight Ranger because of a special someone :D.Jefferson Starship,Loverboy,Eddie Money,John Cougar,Pat Benatar,Scandal,PINK FLOYD in DALLAS at cowboys stadium was THE BOMB!
Petra,Pantera..in Shrevport Circle in the Square night club BEFORE they made it big! David Lee Roth, with Steve Via,Don Henley, Eddie Brickell and New bohemians, Black Crows,Wasp,Whitesnake,Zebra, Bon Jovi , that was a totally cool one too. Thats all i can put in my head right now but now my concert chasing days have mellowed out to one or 2 a year!
