Love to sing for "the fun of it" as Amelia Earhart once said after her transatlantic flight. No voice lessions simply grew up alongside an old victrola (remember them?) while my mother (who had a lovely singing voice) would sing as she did her housework. That was in a time when housewives and mothers were respected for remaining at home to raise we little ones. She'd sing the great old tunes from the 40s, 50s, and 60's......an era of music not to forget and how they'd bring back so many nice memories. To this day, we should feel privileged to have lived in a time when music was truly at it's very best. The lyrics meaningful and lovely melody.

I love my life, been very blessed. Live in sunny Florida with my sweet little shih tzu, Pippins, still work from home, and have many varied interests one of which ~ need I say ~ music. It's exciting to find you in my e-mail with a kind comment or two.

I've discovered incredible talent here on SingSnap not to mention very kind and caring people. SingSnap is at best a friend to us all who enjoy music. We can sing our hearts out in our own little "comfort zone" put a name to it and send it out. It's there to energize, encourage, and enables us to share and send out an occasional prayer or dedication to those in need.

So now that you know a little bit about me, let me remind you that I will check in on you periodically to see what wonderful vocals you might have to share with us all.....in the meantime, keep a merry heart, sing a joyful song, and maybe even a praise or two....????
