I'm a Shashimi Designer here in Japan and the lone lady in our company doing this mans's job and some say that i'm doin better than the men...Super Pinay yata ito... Here is what MAGURO BLOCK looks like and you need to slice it into pieces and some on a bite size portion then put it on a packing tray and you need also to put your artistic talent to make it eye-catching and yummy for the customers attention...This is what I do here in the Land of the Rising Sun...It's kinda hard but it's descent and I'm happy...you can see the finished product at the bottom and this will be gone in our display shelf in 30 mins.
