Some of my sweetest memories were sitting for hours with my sweet Daddy playing guitars & singing ..Hes gone now.. and when he left so did the Songs in my Heart : ( But you know I was thinking on something Daddy use to say & thats why, im joining this Wonderful site .. I Live in a rural area and I cant get Broadband or DSL so Satillite or Dial Up is my only means of getting to listen & Sing or Surf the Web & because my satillite only offers me 200 Megs daily ..I am Lucky if I get to listen or sing at all..Sometimes my pc is so slow I can't even pull up my mailbox ..I'm hopeing someday to have faster internet access so I can listen to All My Sweet & Talented Friends .. One Popular tune he penned was The Cotton-Eyed Joe ..Eddie Arnolds Orignal Steel Player Roy Tanner was Great friends with My Daddy & George Strait Supported the Ministry My Daddy started for Homeless Men in San Antonio . I 've traveled to San Antonio every other wkend to do a 5 hr, radio program supporting both Country & Country Gospel. for 10 yrs .. I have held many Venues & Avenues for Great Independant Singers & Musiicans to Come & Sing & What a BLAST that Was...I have traveled off & on for aprox. 16 yrs with some Wonderful Bands such as C/W & Bluegrass & Gospel... I am also a Pulbished Song Writer & Have Written Over 300 Combined C/W , Bluegrass, Classic R&B & Gospel Tunes .. I Am a Licensed Publisher & Composer Affiliated with BMI Music Publishing .. My Last Band I Sang with I was The Lady Singer to a Wonderfully Talented Friend & Singer & Musician Who Wrote Several tunes for Ms. Patsy Cline when she was first starting out .. Like I Said Sweet Friends .. MUSIC is My Life .. I Need it Like I Need the Air I Breath ! I Found that Without A Song in Your Heart .. You just Loose All Your Joy & Zeal for Life & I know..thats why Im so glad I Found SS &Have had the Beautiful Honor of Meeting All of YOU !
