I live in the county of Lincolnshire on the east coast of England. I am 61yrs old and have always loved singing, right from from a child. At 7 yrs old I was made to stand in front of the congregation of our local church and sing a solo, I was petrified, but I did it. I belonged to school choirs, and joined a local operatic society, who performed Gilbert and Sullivan operettas. Now I just sing for pleasure and love karaoke, and often get invited to accompany some of our local pub/club singers in a duet, and occasionally they let me do a number on my own. So far nobody has ever told me to 'GET OFF' maybe they're just being polite. I have a very talented 18yr old grandaughter, who plays' acoustic, electric and bass guitar as well as keyboard, and I have been learning some Red Hot Chilli Pepper songs just so she can accompany me, Under the Bridge is my favorite. Unlike me ,she composes her own songs/music.
