Well I be just back from my cure and lost 20kg still will carry on with my diat and hope I can loos lots of weight through some sport I do now and different food. lost 10 kg more so all together it is 30 kg now I geting there...lol
ok it´s just 21th december and I lost now 36 kg all together so slowly but surely I get there.
New update 5.5.09 I lost even more weight so it is altogether now 42 kg
