Singing is an overwhelming passion. I simply love it.

...and I also love to write!

I remember only one time that my singing has brought me grief and

that was when I was about 10 years old; I got into trouble for wailing

the theme of "Star Trek" at the top of my lungs. My dad came running

and got very upset when he realized it was me - he had thought it

was an ambulance and it terrified him! LOL (funny now, not then!)!

For almost 14 years, I have been employed as a shipping manager at a

Fortune 500 Company. Besides working full-time, I am also a full-time

college student.

I am striving towards a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Economic

Crime and plans are to graduate in May, 2010. I started college because it

Is the perfect avenue for occupying some of my time and because I love to

learn! Since discovering on-line karaoke though, I have found it more

difficult to focus on studies and would prefer to just sing! But, I try to keep

a balance between the two. I have to confess that singing usually wins out.

I have two sons and three grandchildren.

My two little granddaughters call me "MEOW" instead of "nanna" or "grandma."

This is ME after a long day at work and an evening of studying...

SingSnap has provided a wonderful opportunity to sing to my heart's content.

I have met and became friends with many fine people from all over the world!

Some very kind and very talented people to say the least! We all seem to share

the same passion: a love for music (whether it be singing, playing instruments

or just relaxing and listening!).

It is great to be in the midst of some of the finest vocalists in the world.
