03/09/09 been home from hospital for 1 week today and doing very well, thanks for all your support, also had stiches out today, 65 in all!! xx 18/08/09 Hello All, i just wanted to let you all know that i probably wont be around for a little while as i have to go into hospital tomorrow for an operation to remove a lump the following day, it is not thought it is anything dodgy at this stage but they have to remove it because it could turn into something worse, i have known for a little while about this but have not mentioned it because i didnt want to discuss it as i have been trying to put it out of my mind. i will be in there for 2 weeks, im hoping to be able to use my netbook in there to keep in touch with my friends but i dont know if that will be possible or not until i get in there. i tried to do a couple of songs today but not getting on very well. Thanks for all your comments and sorry if i haven't been giving many back lately. thats about all i can say at the moment, fingers crossed i hope i can get in touch shortly to tell you how well im doing ;o). I have made some great friends on here and im sure you all know who you are, mostly from two great contest's cool britannia and british invasion but there are quite a few others too, i'll probably update my facebook account before i do this profile page, but not sure yet if i will mention anything on there before hand as i cant face that at the mo. Anyway, that's it for now, keep on singing, Lee x ********************** ********************** Hello All, thanks for taking the time to look at my page and for all the kind comments. I don't have any fancy recording equipment, just a headset with mic attached which cost me about £12 ($24). I have been tempted to go out and buy something that will give me just a small amount of echo to help cover up some of my not so good parts, this tends to happen when a song is slightly longer than average and is really annoying when I feel that I get away with the first half most of the time!

STOP PRESS 16/10/08 I have at last got myself a slightly better sound set up with a basic mixer and a bit of echo, not much good at sorting it out to get the best out of it, but at least I seem to have the distortion mostly sorted now!! I do try to return the compliment when someone leaves a comment, but if I don't, I'm sorry, I'm just far to busy singing! lol - I blame singsnap for having so many songs to choose from and am totally addicted.
