Some of you may know that I had a friend who was very ill, sadly he passed away on Monday.

R.I.P. Owen Michael Marriott 49 years old

27th October 2008
Thankfully he passed peacefully in his sleep at home with myself and another friend by his side. A year has passed now and I still miss him more than ever.

I lost my brother to cancer.
My only regret, is not keeping
in touch as much as I should have.
We all lead busy lives but it only
takes a moment to phone,
write or email.

NEWS FLASH !!!!!!! Thanks to Livingny I have my first song in the Hall Of Fame. Thank you to all who voted for it, it's a great honour.

If you took the time to visit this page then thank you. Although I have no proper musical background I have been singing since I was young. I wished I'd had the confidence when I was younger to sing in front of people but alas, let's just say, kids can be cruel at school. The good thing is that I have finally realized that it doesn't matter what others think as long as you are doing what makes you happy. So just get on the mic' and sing away to your hearts content.

I am lucky enough to have a beautiful wife and four lovely daughters, along with a wonderful grandson named Jack. He is a fantastic little boy who I love to bits............and soon to be a granddad again next year.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who stops by to listen to my songs and to comment. I try to answer personally but it's not often possible, so here's a big thanks to you all..........Pete
