grandaddin65's real name is dale bruner. dale is 67 years old, is located in USA and has been a SingSnap member since August 16, 2007. So far he has made a total of 2640 recordings.

I live in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, but lived most of my early life and college years in Georgia. I'm a Georgia Bulldawg all the way and won't live long enough to switch to a Tennessee Vol. My oldest son is a UT grad so divided allegiances here.
I now have six grandsons, and 1 grandaughter...I am involuntarily retired I suppose after being in banking for 30 + years. Do a little work as a consultant for banks and commercial lenders now.
My wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease so I stay close by to take care of her and we have our grandkids visit regularly.
My singing is very rough and I don't really think it will ever get better either. Hehe...I have met some wonderful friends from SingSnap and those of you who come by my music site and comment or PM me are most appreciated. Frequently I get frustrated with my music and wipe out whole sections of songs at a time....they aren't masterpeices after all.
We are on a journey in life and most of us don't know how long we are here on this earth so I live simply and try to be happy with all the blessings in my life. And I hope I can continue to sing for a long long time. Thanks for the joy of hearing so many of you in song. It is exciting to meet and listen to so many talented singers on here...
