Occupation: Tech Support and Singing is my stress reliever. I sang with a group in Ohio back in the early 70's [as a backup singer] then stopped singing until 2000. I deiced it was my last chance and hit the Karaoke contests from OH to TN.
Just like in the 70's I was always 2nd place. I was told by a promoter that it was my age playing against me. I stopped trying and became a Karaoke Junkie.
Don't be afraid to be honest about my singing... Singing is like bowling, you have your good days and bad days. If you hear something wrong tell me and I will go back and try again..
I was influenced by Frank Sinatra and the RatPack . I try my best to sound like me.
