I have COPD and I am in the final stages of emphazema and only 5% air flow left in my lungs. I am on oxygen 24x7 and Singing is a great therapy for me to keep breathing deeply so I try to sing as much as I can. My son also lives at home with us and he works midnights and sleeps during the day and we also babysit our 2 yr old granddaughter every day. I sing in my sons bedroom. Between his sleep and babys naps, I'm very limited on my listening time. I try to listen what I can in the evening before bed.
