chet is 61 years old, is located in Maryland / USA and has been a SingSnap member since March 16, 2007. So far he has made a total of 121 recordings.

After reading this you will feel like you know me personally. Some will like me and some will not. If you ask me about something, I will shoot straight with you. Many of my good friends here respect me for that.

I'm on the front side of sixty and a Vietnam vet. I'm proud to say that I served two tours in country and didn't turn my back and run when my country called.

For my brothers that served and never heard these words, I say ... THANK YOU !!!

I was a student of the Martial Arts for over 4 years. I like just about everyone I meet, but I turn the other cheek for no one. I don't care for those Americans that burn our FLAG in protest. But I would fight to defend their right to do so.

I'm a family man who doesn't believe in divorce, but that a marriage is "until death do we part!" I still love the childhood sweetheart I married over 40 years! I have been blessed with three wonderful children and two beautiful teenage granddaughters.

I'm not able to visit friends as often as I would like. So it wouldn't be fair for me to accept comments. Therefore many of my recordings are stored in my inner-circle and never made public. Anyone is welcome to join it, just ask me.
Some say I have an ear for music. I enjoy using many voices and styles when I sing and this does disappoint some. I sing songs from memory as it was performed by the original artist. Growing up during the early Elvis years I liked his feel for the music. I enjoyed listening to him sing in the 50's and 60's. Maybe that's why some say my voice has an Elvis style to it. But personally I think I sound like myself :-) However, for this reason I sing Elvis songs only on request. Over 100 Elvis songs were deleted due to SNAP contracts with vendors. Those remaining are all released to the public. I plan to record deleted Elvis songs at the end of my Singsnap stay.

My musical influences come from the 40's, 50's and early 60's. I enjoy oldies and artist like Elvis, Ricky Nelson, The Big-O, Dean Martin, Conway and the HAG.
