A LIFETIME DEDICATED TO MUSIC
I started playing musical instruments at a very early age. In my baby book there is an entry marked "1 YEAR FAVORITE TOY". There, it was written by my mother, my favorite toy was my guitar. A little plastic toy that my grandmother gave me. This love of music & the need to create it that started at such a young age has stayed with me steadfastly throughout my entire life. At the time of this writing I am 43 years old & still playing on a daily basis. I write & record my own creations & I play many different instruments. I have performed on stage & in the studio with numerous bands as well as my own recording & stage projects over the years.
When I wasn't recording with bands & doing my own tracks, I was engineering, recording & producing other bands & also running sound in various clubs in Chicago. In 1997 I built a recording studio. The studio equipment has changed over the years & it has changed locations four times since I built it. Located in Chicago IL, Miller Beach IN, DeKalb IL & currently located in Kirtland NM. I am still recording my own music although I do not perform anymore (other than my performances for you here on SingSnap).
I have a lovely daughter 3 years old. I
own an IT service company here in the North Western part of New Mexico & I own a
small home based 24 track digital recording studio. I have spent the majority of my life on
stage & in the studio. I have played all over the US with various types of bands
& in all kinds of different venues from little bitty pubs to large theaters &
out door festivals. My main instrument is the bass guitar although I am also a
proficient percussionist, guitarist, keyboardist & mandolin player. I like to
play Rock, Blues, Reggae, Punk, Emo, Alternative, Country & Jazz. I am currently
a member of The Prevailers, a band here on SingSnap recording songs for you to
sing with. I hope you enjoy my musical projects here on
