A little about me... I live in a small town on the north coast of British Columbia... a peaceful place surrounded by mountains and trees... it is really quite beautiful here. : )
I have one child..my son..he is 21 years old.

I am enjoying my time on SingSnap... I have met or should I say come across so many wonderful people on here... I love to listen to people sing, I find that to be very relaxing... singing can be such a great stress reliever.. most of the time. Thank you for all of your support and lovely comments... and most of all, thank you for your friendship. : )

Silent Reflections

such empty thoughts
Filling my head
I fuss~~~I fret
With silent fear
But I bear them even yet
A subconcious mind
Racing ever so fast
No time to dwell
On yesterday's past
A winter's moon is reflecting
Casting shadows
On newly fallen snow
Stars shining brightly
Heaven's aglow
Still...
I fuss~~I fret
With silent fear
Bearing these empty thoughts

~~A Fool's Desire~~

it was just a simple wish
a fool's desire...
now your mind is a mess
and you somehow forget
for so many tell you lies
you can't see the truth
what is wrong or right
what is here or there
when does the darkness turn to light
you can't think straight
and nothing seems real
being alone feels so crowded
your thoughts take over
your very soul
all the words ever spoken
forever yours to keep
all the promises ever broken
as your weary eyes weep
it was just a simple wish
one that made your heart race
like the bittersweet taste of a kiss
left upon your lips
burning like a fire
only for a fool's desire.
