The latest: Unfortunately, this past year has been extremely difficult with medical problems and financial problems. I hope to find time to listen and sing again soon! (July 2008)
Why my recordings are not good quality: I don't have a mixer, which sucks! I have a really high quality USB mic, but it was made more for podcasts rather than singing. My dad, bless his heart, went out and found me the best computer mic he could find, and it turns out it's not the best for this! Given my financial hardships, this will have to do!
Why I am not a gold member: You've probably guessed it...I don't have the money! And I am not on here that often these days, which is a bummer! So hey, why don't you sponsor me so I will be here more often!?! :)
About singing: I love to sing! My first solo was at the age of 16. Nope, I didn't grow up singing. I didn't even know I could sing a lick until I was about 14 years old! I sang and performed in high school and college, and completed 3 & 1/2 years of classical vocal study in a Bachelors in Music program. I love all kinds of music, so I sing it all... but I'm not exactly a pro at all of it!!! These days, I sing in the car and at a weddings here and there... oh yeah, and here on SingSnap too!
More about me: Just chilling out in the ATL with my two cats in my condo. Still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up!!!
